Landmark Realty of L.I. Inc. was established on May 1, 2001, when the broker, Millie Thomas purchased Cobble Court Realty.  Cobble Court Realty had been in business since 1990 and specialized mainly in senior citizen housing.  Several experienced residential agents from other offices joined the Landmark Gang, and immediatly the phone began to ring.  We still have a "Senior Specialist" on board but our focus is on the multifaceted residental and commercial sales business.

We have grown considerable and our agents live locally making them experts in our community.  Due to our early success, we relocated in November of 2002 and in September 2008 we relocated to 6347 Route 25A, in the heart of Wading River, next to McDonald's.  Our office is equipped with the latest technology. Our area is rich in history, maintaining the small town feel, yet close enough for residents to reach NYC and the Hamptons.

We have beautiful beaches, scenic farms, wineries, antique shops,as well as award winning schools and restaurants.  All of these things make our area very attractive to buyers.
